Deliveries
Where do you deliver?
We're based in Nairobi and deliver across Kenya. Estate and same-day deliveries through Tez-Mtaani are mainly in Nairobi. For anywhere else, let us know where and we'll confirm.
What days and times do you work?
Our usual hours are shown at the top of every page. Business customers can arrange early or late runs if a store or depot needs them.
What can't you carry?
Anything illegal, dangerous or badly packed, like flammable goods, weapons or live animals. If you're not sure about something, ask us before you book.
What if something gets damaged or lost?
Tell us straight away through the app or the contact form. Every delivery is tracked and photographed, which makes it quicker to find out what happened and sort it out.

How do I track my delivery?
In the Tez app, or with the tracking link the sender shared with you. More on tracking.
I didn't get a tracking link.
Ask the sender for it. If you still can't find it, contact us with the sender's name and your phone number.
How do I know it was delivered?
Every drop comes with a digital proof of delivery: the recipient's name, a signature, a photo, the time and the location.
Business accounts
For businesses
How do I open a business account?
Send us a few details. We'll get in touch, agree prices and routes with you, and set up your account in the app.
Can we send orders in bulk?
Yes. You can upload orders in bulk, and we can also connect to your ordering system so nobody has to type orders in twice.
Do you do scheduled routes?
Yes, most of our business customers have daily or weekly routes. See business deliveries.

For small traders
Do I need a contract?
No. Download the app, sign up and book when you need a delivery.
How much does it cost?
The app shows the price for each trip before you book. It depends mainly on the distance.
How quickly will my customer get their order?
Most estate deliveries arrive the same day, often within a couple of hours.
